BMW MOA event fees are refundable if canceled 30 days or more before the event. Cancellations less than 30 days before the event will receive a voucher for a future MOA event if the cancellation is due to one of the covered reasons. No refunds in cash or as a voucher will be given after the event unless the Event Fee Refund Protection is purchased and a covered circumstance occurs.
