BREWFEST SPONSOR
Brewfest is a central gathering place on Saturday afternoon. Expect 1,500 people to take a few hours to sample some Tennessee craft beer and talk motorcycles. COMPETITOR WELCOME BAGS
Everyone loves swag. Show our competitors that you love them by sponsoring the registration bags delivered to every competitor when they arrive. Brand placements include:• Your brand/logo printed on the outside of the bag• Include flyers, stickers, patches, catalogs, etc. in the package
MOTO CAMPING SPONSOR
Tent campers have their area at M’Fest. If your brand is outdoor-oriented or wants to capture the adventure lifestyle, this package is for you. Deliverables include:• Signage/logo placement around the Moto Camping area• Free space in the moto camping area to engage with ADV enthusiasts• Flyer distribution/welcome bag placements available
BIERGARTEN SPONSOR
The M’Fest Biergarten is open every night for attendees and competitors. Associate your brand with the good times and camaraderie of an old-fashioned German bier festival. Placements include:• Banners/signage throughout the M’Fest Biergarten• Sponsor logos on cups• Three nights of placement are included with the package. Individual nights are available for $750/night
M'FEST WATER BOTTLES
Everyone needs water and complimentary water for competitors and attendees is always appreciated! Include your brand name and logo as an official sponsor of MotorradFest on the water bottle labels. Ready for just the basics? A patch of ground and somewhere to show the world your brand. Bring your tent or EZ-Up and 400 sq. feet of prime real estate at M'Fest can be all yours. A 20' x 20' space near all the action. Sponsor packages have first choice of location, but every location is a winner at M'Fest
BUY THE HOUSE A ROUND
Is a cold beer more your style when it comes to saying thanks? Purchase beer tokens in lots of 50 to distribute to M'FEST competitors or visitors to your booth. If you can't be at M'FEST in person, we'll distribute the tokens personally and let people know who to thank - YOU!
COMMUNICATION PACKAGE
Can't make it to M'FEST or want to include your brand material in the registration details? Add the communication package to your order and your supplied flyer or SWAG makes it into everyone's hands.
Save time and submit a copy of your Certificate of Insurance electronically. Choose to add a file to your registration or email your completed COI to [email protected]. If you need insurance for the Rally, Rainprotection.net offers a special to MOA exhibitors for the duration of the event.
