Our base of operations for the weekend will be the Pine Mountain State Lodge located at 1050 State Park Road, Pineville, KY 40977.
To make lodging reservations, riders will need to call the park directly at (606) 337-3066 and speak to the front desk, tell them you are wit the BMW MOA event and provide the event code #3128 to book a room, cabin, or cottage. If you visit the web page the property will show sold out for the weekend. You must call to reserve a room.

If you have a refund voucher or credit from a prior event, please enter it below. The value of the voucher will be applied to this registrant. Vouchers are one time use only. If you have a remaining balance after applying your voucher code, you should contact the MOA for a new code with the remaining balance.
Refund Protection
Registration fees are non-refundable unless canceled 30 days or more prior to the event. Optional Event Fee Refund Protection will provide a cash refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event if the cancellation is due to one of the covered reasons listed at bmwmoa.org/refunds. The protection cost is $17.95 per person.
