If you have a refund voucher or credit from a prior event, please enter it below. The value of the voucher will be applied to this registrant. Vouchers are one time use only. If you have a remaining balance after applying your voucher code, you should contact the MOA for a new code with the remaining balance.
Refund Protection
Registration fees are non-refundable unless canceled 30 days or more prior to the event. Optional Event Fee Refund Protection will provide a cash refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event if the cancellation is due to one of the covered reasons listed at bmwmoa.org/refunds. The protection cost is $17.95 per person.
