Cascade Country Rendezvous

The Cascade Mountains beckon with twisty mountain highways, attractive towns and villages, and historic natural attractions. Perhaps you’d rather ride the open roads of the beautiful Columbia River basin, where a vast array of geological wonders, world-class fruit orchards, and some of the best wineries in the world await you. Welcome to the 51st Annual Cascade Country Rendezvous, the Washington State BMW Rider’s annual rally!

About This Year's Event

We'll be at the Chelan County Expo Center in Cashmere, Washington. The fairgrounds have plenty of grassy areas to camp and you can even put your tent in an air-conditioned building if you wish! Plus, there are plenty of local hotels if you don't want to camp. Rally Registration is only $90 for the weekend and you get all this:

Camping on the fairgrounds
Day and night access to air-conditioned buildings
Friday night dinner
Saturday night dinner
Morning coffee
Breakfasts and light lunches available on-site
Cold drinks in the afternoon
Beer garden open every evening (4pm to 10pm)
Access to $35 Day Passes at Touratech Rally, just 25 miles away!
Seeing all your old friends, and making new ones

Extras will be made available for purchase during the event at the registration table,

We will accept registrations at the gate for the same price. Register before this date to be guaranteed a meal for Friday and Saturday.

29 June, 2024Last day to register at the gate

We will accept all newcomers until 4PM Saturday.

About Volunteering

We greatfully welcome volunteers willing to help with registration, distributing water and drinks, and other sundry tasks.
