BMW MOA M'FEST 2027

Three days of motorcycle skills, motor officer and civilian training, and skills testing.
Spectator admission is free. Please RSVP so we can plan for everyone joining us.

  • Register each person attending. You can add camping, an event shirt, or an optional gift below.

  • Make a gift to support motor officer training and skills testing. This choice does not create a spectator RSVP or a camping reservation. You will have the option to purchase an M'Fest shirt.

Support Motor Officer Training and Skills Testing

M'Fest brings riders and instructors together to build and test advanced motorcycle skills. Your gift helps support the training, course setup, and participant resources that make the program possible. 

Giving is optional for spectators. Admission remains free whether or not you donate. If you selected "I can't attend", choose a gift amount to continue.

On Site Camping Options

Camping is optional and requires a paid site reservation. Spectator admission remains free. Camping check-in is no earlier than Wednesday, September 8th. If you are arriving earlier then September 8th, please contact James E. Ward Agricultural Center at 615-449-9077. Sites are subject to availability.

  • Admission to MFest is free, but each person needs a wristband to enter the Moto Tent camping area. Two Moto Tent Camping wristbands are included with each purchase. If you have more than two people per tent, purchase additional tent camping sites. Moto tent camping registration at gate is $99.

  • MFest admission is free, but you need a spot for your RV. Pack in the kids and the dogs and bring 'em all! Stay for a day or the week. RV camping registration at gate is $279.

  • MFest admission is free, but you need a spot for your RV, even if you are completely self-contained. Stay for a day or the week. Boondock camping registration at gate is $129.

2027 M'Fest Event Shirts

  • MFest Shirt

    Pre order your 2027 M'Fest shirt for $24.95 by July 24, 2027, and pick it up at registration (If you do not attend the event, we will mail your shirt to you). After 7/24/2027 price is $30. M'Fest shirts feature cool graphics and the M'fest logo. Design pictured is the 2026 M'Fest shirt.

  • Event Fee Refund Protection

    Event fees are non refundable unless cancelled 30 days or more prior to the event. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event will receive a voucher for a future MOA event if the cancellation is due to one of the covered reasons listed at bmwmoa.org/refunds.

    Optional Event Fee Refund Protection will provide a cash refund for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event. Details and list of covered occurrences and the claim process is available at bmwmoa.org/refunds.

By checking the box below, the entrant waives all claims against the BMW Motorcycle Owners of America, a not-for-profit corporation, and the Wilson County Fairgrounds (including officials, agents, representatives and administrators acting within the scope of their duties), which may arise through my participation in this event. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims for damages that may result from injury to my person or members of my family, and injury to or loss of property.
