Indoor Booth Locations
Begin by indicating your preferred locations. Please supply three choices in order of preference. These will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. If your space is larger than a single booth, indicate all booth numbers for each choice, separated by a comma, such as A1, A2, A3.

Pricing for Indoor Booths
To calculate your booth price, choose one option from each box below to complete the make up of your preferred booth space. If you are choosing three booths total and one is a corner, select "Corner Booth" under the First Booth option, enter "0" under Additional Corner Booths and enter "2" under Additional Regular Booths. Review the current vendor packet for information on costs and discounts on booth space.
Outdoor Booth Selections
If you prefer an outdoor location or need an installation area in addition to your indoor booth, please supply three choices in order of preference. These will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. If your space is larger than a single booth, indicate all booth numbers for each choice, separated by a comma, such as 7A, 7B, 7C.

Pricing for Outdoor Booth Locations
If you are choosing three booths total and one is a corner, select two regular outdoor booths and one corner booth from the lists below. Review the current vendor packet for information on costs and discounts on booth space.
Tables, Chairs & Tents
Each 10' x 10' indoor booth will include one table and two chairs. If you need additional quantity or if you have an outdoor space, please indicate the number of additional tables and chairs below. Extra tables are $25 each and chairs are $8 each.
Additional Exhibitor Entry Passes
Your first booth space includes two exhibitor passes. The second and subsequent booths include one exhibitor pass each. If you have additional booth personnel or would like to purchase additional exhibitor passes, please indicate the additional number of passes here. (Ex. Three booths include four exhibitor passes. If you have 10 staff working, you need an additional six passes.)
Rally App Banner Ads!
The BMW MOA National Rally is considered the highest-priority event of the riding season for our members. Advertising in the Rally App will put your name in front of the consumers you want to reach. The deadline for reserving space in this year’s Rally App is June 1, 2024. But, the sooner you register, the sooner your ad appears in the app. The mobile app will be available to attendees prior to the Rally. Purchase now along with your vendor space to receive special exhibitor rates or contact our Advertising Director to discuss a custom program.
Sponsorship Opportunities
National Rally Water - Everyone needs water and complimentary water is always appreciated! Include your brand name and logo as an official sponsor of the National Rally on the water bottle labels. This package is scalable at $750/1,000 single use water bottles. Want more exposure, let's talk more water! Multiple sponsor positions available.
Buy The Rally A Beer! (or Beverage)! - Well, maybe not the entire Rally. But, if you can't make it to the rally in person, how about making an impression with 50 beer/beverage tokens distributed by our Rally Chairs to worthwhile rally attendees? We'll let them know your company bought them a beer and include recognition in the Rally app. Or purchase tokens to give away at your booth, a win-win!
